MATEO'S STORY.

“After having strong anxiety symptoms in response to my intrusive thoughts, I have been able to confront my fears and achieve a better quality of life.”

As I remember I always had intrusive thoughts and intrusive emotions. It’s been a long process and the past four years were the hardest years of my life.

I started suffering from strong anxiety symptoms related to the intrusive thoughts and emotions and sensations that I was feeling, the sensations were becoming stronger and stronger day by day.

I was without hope. I was tired and really afraid of myself, and also afraid of what I was feeling. My thoughts related to any kind of OCD – you name it! BDD, suicide OCD and intrusive thoughts about losing control. I found OCD Recovery Coaching and my life changed completely. After six months of the process I was able to understand and accept myself and work towards recovery and have a better quality of life.

It’s been a long and hard process but guided by Rob’s coaching method towards confronting my fears and working with my exposures, I have been able to get on the correct path.

Let me tell you something – there is hope! There is OCD recovery!
