GINA'S STORY.

“Your anxiety disorder will improve, it takes time. Please, don’t lose hope.”

I was diagnosed with OCD around 19 years old. I’ve been to numerous therapists that did help a bit, but no one got to the core of it like Rob did. I can say one thing, your OCD recovery journey may be an up and down rollercoaster of happy and frustrated moments, and that’s okay! Anxiety disorders won’t improve in one day. As long as day in and day out you are trying your best to improve with the skills your therapist provides, that’s all that matters. When you’re going through it, all you want it to wake up “normal” but remember no one is “normal” and everyone has something their battling with. Your anxiety disorder will improve, it takes time. Please, don’t lose hope.
